Popular types of raw food diet
Low GI raw food diet: Also called low-sweet fruit diet. Those who eat this diet avoid sweet fruits as much as possible while eating tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, lemons and limes. The main nutritional focus is green, germinated grains, sea vegetables, nuts, seeds and avocado. This is often considered “gourmet”. Approach to raw food.
High Sweet Fruit Diet: High fruit diet eaters aim to get most of their daily caloric intake from sweet fruits such as pineapples, bananas, mangoes, dates, oranges, melons, apples, and fruits. Their diet often includes leafy vegetables, starchy vegetables and sometimes small amounts of nuts and seeds.

Smoothies, especially green smoothies, are a new topic term in the mainstream health world these days. Blends and juices are the easiest way to ensure maximum nutrition for yourself and your family. Simply adding fresh green juice or raw vegan smoothie to your diet every day can have a significant health impact.
Finding a fresh juice and smoothie bar locally is now much easier than before, so instead of grabbing coffee next time, grab the fresh juice or green smoothie and feel the cells alive!
