Your body does not count calories as you do. Provide the energy you need and organize them to manage your blood sugar levels efficiently. This may seem a bit complicated, but if you eat carbohydrates, protein, and fat, you should know that your body has a sorting system instead of a counting system. Regardless of how many calories you eat in your diet, your body works in a specific way.

The sorting, energy burning, and fat storage processes are the same for both 300 and 1200 calorie burgers.

For example, if you grab sandwiches or burgers for lunch, or go to ballet or other dance classes after school

** Insulin sends a message to your body [liver, muscle, fat cells] and absorbs calories [bread, crackers, or slices of bread] as carbohydrates as glucose.

** It also sends a message to the body to accumulate excess fat.

** And if you don't want to gain weight, it's the worst, stop using fat as an energy source. Save instead.

Insulin is like a computerized track switch on the premises of a train. Send carbohydrates and fats to specific locations. Training to do what it does by eating in a certain way repeatedly.

Fat consumed in the same diet, whether healthy or not, is stored without being used as energy.

Calories from protein foods [meat, fish, eggs, dairy products] send different messages to your body. These calories tell your body that everything is all right. why? Your body that cannot produce protein can produce as much as it needs from protein. Now your body switches tracks.

BURN FAT button is pressed! Your body begins to move in the protein reservoir you are giving and your body begins to remove fat to make it more efficient.

Growing children and young adults usually don't have to worry about this. But if they are dancers, I know they do.

If you always eat fast food, grab a hamburger wrapped in lettuce. It is a bit cumbersome to eat and has a lot of sodium. But protein, vitamins, minerals and fats are at the forefront of energy burning. Maybe the sauce contains high fructose corn syrup, but not as much bread as it contains fried potato carbohydrates.

Digests protein, fat, and small amounts of salads / vegetables better without carbohydrates. Anyway, it ’s a set of two different digestion processes.

Thinking outside the bread doesn't mean adding flour or corn-based wraps. Just lose!
