 What's Bad About Sugar? 1

Sugar is an enemy! It is a drug and more dangerous than the combination of all other narcotics. Sugar is a pure chemical by refining and removes the nutrition of all natural foods from plants. The consumption of this poison is dangerous. There is no problem even if you try to burn calories. When consumed, it is already damaging.

Because it does not contain vitamins and minerals, it is a non-nutritive empty calorie because the vitamins and minerals stored in the body are metabolized and taken away. These vitamins and minerals are body reserves. Depletion of vitamins and minerals delays metabolism of cholesterol and fatty acids, increases blood triglycerides, and cholesterol promotes obesity by increasing the accumulation of fatty acids around the organ. Sugar increases insulin levels. When insulin rises, the immune system is lowered and fat accumulation is promoted.

Americans consume 2-3 pounds of sugar per week. Like other drugs, sugar becomes addictive. I want more. We found that about 80% of health problems are related to diet. Remember that your grandmother taught that you are what you eat.

There are observable behaviors that may contribute to sugar consumption: hypersensitivity, depression, difficulty concentrating, forgetfulness, lack of motivation, eating disorders, emotional explosion, anxiety, 50% hyperactivity in children .

Traditionally speaking, health problems related to sugar consumption: worsening teeth [tooth decay, gum bleeding, tooth loss, tooth decay], diabetes, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, heart disease, arteriosclerosis, mental illness, Candida overgrowth, chronic fatigue, PMS symptoms, obesity [hard weight loss due to increased insulin levels], kidney / liver hypertrophy.

We were exposed to a strong taste of sugar and developed at a young age. Sugar is contained in powdered milk, which is carried over to infants when breastfeeding mothers eat sugar. All processed foods contain sugar.

Take action now:

Be sure to read all food labels for sugar content. We recommend that you make all food and keep it away from processed foods. Ingredients ending with “ose” probably contain sugar. When sugar is removed from the diet, the food tastes better and sugar cravings are reduced. If you need a sugared product, do not exceed 10% of the total diet.
Remember that alcohol contains sugar. Sweeten your food with whole natural fruits.

Artificial sweetener

To reduce sugar intake, use artificial sweeteners such as Stevia, Splenda, Sweet & N Low, Sugar Twin. Be careful because sweeteners can be worse than consuming refined sugar. Some sweeteners can help people gain more weight than refined sugar. Be sure to study your artificial sweetener before adding it to your diet. And check for side effects that consume the product.
