In almost every aspect, common sense often seems uncommon in life and every aspect of life! This may be even more relevant, what will happen, how we care for ourselves, and our personal health and well-being! Are you ready? smart About your overall health, well-being, and personal satisfaction? If you don't take care of yourself, no one else cares! With this in mind, this article uses the mnemonic approach and attempts to use the mnemonic approach for easy review, investigation, review, and discussion. 1. Strengths; Stronger; solution; Meet your needs: Are you one of the few who understand his own personal strengths and weaknesses? If so, how do you make the most of that knowledge? How do you find, discover, and work on issues that can help your personal needs and priorities with important questions and problems?
