Do you know what you want for your business or your relationship? But when you see profits and customers decrease, they freeze. Your nerves run through your days. You know how to get what you want, but you can't seem to turn yourself into it!

Instead of doing what you know you need to do, you waste time doing little things to feel productive! Check your email instead of making a phone call, clear the desk instead of compiling the knockout proposal, or rewrite it endlessly instead of presenting it. Or reject.

What you don't know about how your subconscious works may be a problem.

Let me share it with you in my personal "Spinning Top" story ...

One day, I was surprised by the German shepherd when I was riding a mountain bike. A big black dog with bare teeth, a roar, a bar, and head straight to me. As soon as he arrived at the metal fence that separated me from him, he did something strange. He started spinning in a circle! He was still raising his bar, but he did it in a circle. It was hysterical!

I thank God that he was fenced. If he freed it, he could do great damage. He is actually big enough to jump over the fence, but instead he runs like a top along the entire length of the fence.

I laugh every time I overtake him. As soon as he sees me, he begins to bar and starts spinning in a circle. One day I just stood next to him, he stayed right after his turn, bar attack.

Why does he do it, and what does this have to do with you?

It is your subconscious mind that stops you from knowing what you do and keeps you from turning the wheel and confusing you. It's not the economy, the job market, or your important others.

That's how you train your subconscious ... run like a circle!

Here are five things you don't know about how the subconscious works.

1. Follow the instructions.
2. Focus.
3. Do not register negatives.
4. Your habits live in your subconscious.
5. Regardless of whether you like or not, it will remain on the set track!

If you decide that the “fence” of your life is too big to get over, your subconscious agrees. Just perform a jump. Rotate the circle next to the fence until you reprogram it and jump over it. Each time you approach that fence, you rotate like the top, no matter how badly you want it.

Most people are more focused on what they don't want than what they want. The subconscious drives you towards your focus. Focusing on not wanting to lose your job, not losing your business, not losing your peers will get you what you want.

The above is true because your subconscious does not register negatives. Thinking about what you don't want will still prompt you because it only works with photos. For example, don't think about pink elephants at this time. Don't think about pink elephants. What are you thinking

Habits are things you have done frequently and you no longer need to think about it to do it. It's like tying shoes. Because habits live in your subconscious, you don't have to think about anything. If there is a habit of tension, it is in your subconscious and will drive you towards what you are afraid of, whether you like it or not. Changing habits can change the subconscious.

Rotate like a top beside a fence placed in your head until you change the photo.
