I was a tennis player, teacher and coach. However, after many years, I realized that my body told me to quit before it hurt me. I really missed all the fun and exercise I gained in my favorite sport. A few years later I started playing tennis at the Wii Sports Nintendo game.
To enjoy these concepts, imagine that a very large carrot is a tennis racket that is used to strike a large olive, a tennis ball, with the hope and intention of sending it in the direction of the opposite court .
When I was running around chasing tennis olives in the living room, I began to intuitively listen to the deep life lessons to share with you. I have noticed how helpful they are to provide insights and solutions on how to live a happier, more successful and fulfilling life. These important concepts can be applied to all sports. They helped me become a professional in life with Wii. Lessons can also greatly improve the game of life. pleasant!
Self-Guidance 1: When I missed a tennis olive, I can say: "I am a failure. I am not very good at this. Other teams are too good for me; Is not enough; and / or I will never improve.
When you realize what you are saying, you can choose to coach yourself in a positive way by thinking and speaking. "I keep practicing; I'm good enough; I'm improving; and I'm doing this well."
It is also helpful to ask yourself what went wrong at that time. To learn from this experience, I can analyze how to hold and swing carrots more effectively and whether it is better to hit olives sooner or later.
Life Lesson 1: Observe what is working in your life and what is not. Instead of giving up or making the same mistake and getting the same result, find a way to be more successful. For example, if you have a poor conversation with a partner, child, boss, or friend, find ways to improve communication and get better experiences and results.
Self-teaching 2: In the Wii Sports game, tennis is a doubles game. I was angry that my partner was playing online. While I was running around the living room fighting the computer team, she did nothing. 1 to 2 is unfair! I was frustrated and ate carrots and olives.
One day I told my 9 year old granddaughter about my dilemma. Surprisingly, she said, “Grandma, you need to shake your partner's carrot online”. I laughed all the time. I realized that I was always controlling my player.
Life Lesson 2: How many times do we feel like victims when we actually control our lives? When we really have the power to change it, we often blame someone, or something else for our situation.
