Uncoil Your Consciousness - The 5 Things You Need to Know About Kundalini 1

When in the dormant state, Kundalini's energy is wound like a snake around the base of the spine [Kunda means coiled]. Kundalini is a healing power for renewal, internal and external evolution, and transformation. The key to unlocking your consciousness is to revitalize this great power within you. It's here THE 5 things to know about Kundalini!

1. What is the truth about Kundalini?

What is the best place to start? The simplest and deepest explanation is that Kundalini is the basic energy of consciousness. Think of Kundalini as releasing your essential consciousness, creative potential, vitality of life, spiritual energy, or the energy of the soul itself. I like to think of Kundalini as it is all and all the energy you can.

It is surprising when you realize that the energy of Kundalini's transformation is found in ancient wisdom traditions. Yogi calls it Shakti [a raised kundalini]. In other traditions, it is called Holy Wind, Snake Fire, Life Wind, Reiki, Manaroa, Lung, Daikan and Li, Huo, Dumo Fire. These names represent the same tremendous spiral and wavelike physical sensation of awakened mental energy. If the various belief systems around the world are experiencing the exact same thing, there should be something in this “Kundalini energy”.

2. Where does the potential Kundalini hang out?

Kundalini is dormant at the base of the spine and is surrounded by bones where the root chakra sits. “[Kundalini] is waiting for me on the foundation of my existence, as Damian Nordman creatively expresses in his poem“ The Goddess of Fire. She rests at the foot of my soul. . "

3. How do you wake up Kundalini?

Kundalini wakes up by intentional behavior or natural evolution. Techniques that trigger Kundalini's awakening include breathing [Pranayama], exercise [Asana], m meditation, fasting, trauma, drugs, and near-death experiences.

4. Where will the awakened Kundalini energy go?

The goal as a practitioner of yoga is to stimulate the upward flow of Kundalini energy by opening the subtle meridians and channels [nadis] of the body's vital energy [plana].

When you open your nose, Kundalini's energy rises upward through the central channel of the spine [Sushumna], swells through the energy center [chakra], and moves up the crown chakra as a process of unconsciousness.

When Kundalini melts and rises, the energy of a woman called Shakti rises in her body and encounters the energy of a man called Shiva in the crown of her head. When Shakti and Shiva meet, a fusion of bliss occurs and transforms.

5. What is it for you?

When Kundalini wakes up, our consciousness expands and becomes more conscious of the truth, our inner knowledge, and the creative possibilities within it. Awakened Kundalini releases the blockage of mind, body, and mind, allowing healing, nutrition, rejuvenation, and release of energy and consciousness. Once waking up, Kundalini unleashes the past and the infinite existence shines to the present.

So you have it, five things you need to know about the Kundalini dynamics within you. Unleash your essential consciousness and open up the energy of the conscious soul within you.
