Getting Older Is Not About Eating Less, It Is About Enough Nutrition 1

I have been helping people find the best health for a while. Middle-aged nutrition is eaten to help you feel better, avoid genetic diseases, and definitely minimize abdominal fat. Food that works for one person does not work for another.

Bo, my friend is complaining about not eating a meal that has been corrected for him. He was found to be blood group B and to reduce chronic fatigue by removing chickens from the diet. There is so much pressure from his companions that it is challenging to plan this meal. He realized that it was best to be quiet and find the “right” food for him. It's also amazing how many products contain ingredients that are not “good” for him. This is the reason I I really recommend whole food. It is much easier to organize meals this way. Bo feels better, his overall health is improved, his arthritis is greatly improved, and chronic fatigue is a thing of the past.

Sally is a college friend and graduated together as a medical technician. She was skeptical at first hearing about "eat for your blood type diet". I gave her a book and she said nothing to grab her attention. She handed out a book. Later, in 2009, her daughter-in-law gave her another book. She was tested for allergies and tested positive for wheat, corn, and peanuts. She was surprised to see under Type B of the book that wheat, corn, and peanuts are on the AVOID list. These blood group B are especially responsible for weight gain and are efficient metabolic inhibitors. She had to stop eating and think about how she felt at 58:00. She was always interested in hating tomatoes and beans on the avoidance list. [Type B has beneficial kidney beans, kidney beans, and lime beans.] I personally eat some kind of beans every day.

She had had a gluten-free diet for about two years, but she did not feel much change except that her digestive tract seemed better. The same wheat, corn, and peanuts also cause hypoglycemia in type B blood types. She has been suffering from hypoglycemia throughout her life. She first decided to cut out wheat, corn, and peanuts. She had eaten yogurt before. confirmed She found a brand without corn syrup. [With my 8 keys to basic health expanded to 10, nobody recommends eating high fructose corn syrup]. Within a few months she realized that she was not hypoglycemic. She became hungry and had no severe symptoms of hypoglycemia. She lost 5 pounds without a challenge and was suddenly touched!

She was eager to avoid foods that cause hypoglycemia and weight gain. She also avoids avoidance list food. She slowly adds very useful food to her diet and now eats food that is not processed in every meal. She eats more vegetables, which is difficult for her. Fixing something that isn't growing takes time and effort, so you can eat it. She now eats nuts and fruits. As blood group B she was challenged to find some meat and now eats beef, buffalo and turkey in addition to sheep and fish. She is making chicken for her family even though she is still avoiding. I don't think she will eat anything.

The hardest and most difficult part of the diet is to eliminate wheat and corn. She thought gluten-free was a challenge and wheat and corn were all in it. Gluten-free products usually contain corn flour or corn starch. She discovered that the gluten-free flour blend she used contained gelatin. This is on the avoid list. She tried baked gluten-free bread and later discovered that it had corn flour or buckwheat. She did many internet searches to find products that could be used. She found a wonderful almond flour cookbook. Almond flour can also be used to make low glycemic goods.

Mexican, Italian and Chinese dishes include wheat, corn and tomatoes. Tomatoes are also on the avoidance list. She says eating out is difficult. [Turkey is most beneficial to her or buffalo burgers, and not many restaurants offer this.]

About twice a month she tries to eat a small amount of wheat and other avoidance foods. She doesn't notice new symptoms unless she eats too much of certain foods. She ate a whole wheat waffle to see what happens. That night she woke up with a migraine. She had not had a headache for years.

She has undergone regular blood tests and conducted further tests six months after starting her blood group diet. She was surprised to see that A1C levels, glucose, and insulin levels dropped dramatically. In the past they have been steadily rising. She has now proven that metabolism is more efficient. Her bowel improved further and her allergies were almost gone.

She has fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue is common in type B blood groups. She doesn't know if the diet has or cures this, but it still feels good. [I hope she will be 100% better.] She is taking arginine in the heart because blood group B & # 39; s needs this to get rid of stressors and support the heart It was. She googled fibromyalgia and found it could be the cause or the result of too much nitric oxide. To get arginine naturally, turkey and spinach are suitable for beginners. It is better to eat precursors and nutrients naturally. Pills may be “too much”.

It is most important to work to reduce stress. This is because the adrenal gland can be inflamed and even feel hungry. Knowing which foods are most beneficial to your system can reduce one factor of stress. She meets a chiropractor and a physical therapist, all of which contribute to better health.

She takes extra magnesium and naturopathic licorice supplements. Her next step is to do a membrane fluidized cocktail in the morning, perhaps adding memory herbs like ginseng and ginkgo.

Eating for your blood type is a considerable journey. Her family thinks she is funny. She will continue this diet. This diet corrects her hypoglycemia and is all the evidence she needs to know that it works. She expects more research results and hopes to improve her health.

I am blood type A. When I started this meal plan, my cholesterol was over 200 [rising about 225]. I'm worried about heart disease and type II diabetes because high cholesterol and high sugar run on my mother's side and my fat belly runs on my father's side.

I also "try" things, essentially interfering with meal plans with potato chips and white rice. Therefore, this process is a journey and heals the colon, so it can recognize and process delicious foods effectively.

I eat the exact opposite of blood group B. Buffalo, beef and lamb are on my avoidance list. Fish [cold water species] is on my very informative list and chicken and turkey are on my neutral list. I actually eat fish every day. I eat canned salmon, canned tuna, or grilled salmon. On a large green [Romaine] salad with beans. [Blood type A beans, black-eyed peas, black beans, pinto beans]

I was able to keep cholesterol below 200 [187] and normalize HDL and LDL [according to Sallie, LDL and L4 are out of balance, especially L 3 and L 4 are the cause of heart disease For women]. It is very important to normalize those ldls.

Even constipation issues were corrected, and care was taken to make things run smoothly.

In my other article, I explained that eating too much fruit caused problems and something on the evasion list finally caught up. The email was formatted to give important health advice and how to eat and consume each fruit and vegetable and not cause digestive problems. Since then, we have seen how to combine protein and vegetables in this way, TWICE! Marilu Henner's book “When to eat fruits” and “The truth about abs”. I can do it ! !

My family thinks I am crazy too. I know I feel better and I found something lacking in my genetics so I can fix it in another source. I will not stop eating this way.
