When something happens, it really leaves an impression. Not only can it change the way you do certain things, it can also rethink other things you always thought was true.

I have been playing golf for over 25 years now and the general public has been playing golf for hundreds of years. I knew everything I could learn about the game. I was wrong.

Over the past few years I have suffered from chronic cases of Yip. After experiencing all the grips, long putters, and many putting training aids, I almost gave up.

I picked up all three footers, so I wasn't embarrassed. There seemed to be no problem even if it was more than about 10 feet away, but I was still able to hit the ball quite well.

Then one day, something came about a month ago. I found a book on the internet. I read the sales page and was a little interested.

He promised something different that would work instantly. I didn't believe it, so I continued about my business. I came across the same page a week later.

I was going to play the next day, so I decided to give it a try. After all, ads promise immediate results and can be tested immediately. I ordered a book, downloaded it, and read it in about 30 minutes.

Then I took out the putter and struck the putt with what I learned. All putts started online and there seemed to be no signs of Yip. However, there were no holes in my bedroom floor.

I was very excited the next day. I think it was the first time I was excited to hit a 5 foot putt! I arrived at the practice green and tried a new method.

I created 10 3 footers in a row !!! But I haven't joined the course yet. Any clown can sink the putt into the practice green. I couldn't wait to reach the first green.

If you are lucky, you will be tapping into the first five holes! However, in the 6th hole, there was a 5 footer with a fairly straight uphill slope. These were my worst nightmares.

I put everything side by side and struck it. The beginning and end of the dead center! The remaining days worked pretty well. Created four of a total of seven pads under 8 feet. If you don't get that book, that's four I should have made.

If you continue to use this method, it will get even better. I have had some success, so I am looking forward to the challenge of placing from a shorter distance now.

I haven't placed it like a tour pro yet, and I miss 5 feet to a quarter.
