Are you confused about carbohydrate questions? I have some similar questions about it. For example, this woman is a sugar-free spelled bread that does not contain some brown rice crackers, millet, quinoa, and some yeast. I know she needs to listen to her body and talk about what is good or bad, but do you want to know if these kinds of carbohydrates have caused others to recede?
See another example. There is this woman. She just published a book called the East Connection Cookbook in the library, and she is a little confused. She didn't like the fact that she ate a lot of meat [chicken and fish] and wanted to find the grains she might have.
The book clearly says that it will be a while away from wheat, but writes that oats, barley, and rice are all right. She can't stand oats, but she can eat corn. Corn seems to be quite expensive on the allergy list like wheat.
Another question is what do you eat like cereals? She reduces rice milk considerably and eats a little rice cereal every morning, but that is the only time.
In the Complete Candida Yeast Guidebook, there are several recommended grains throughout the four phases of the Candida diet. Popcorn is said to be occasionally enjoyed depending on your tolerance. Also listed are whole grains [cooked only in the first stage] such as oats, barley, brown rice, buckwheat [no wheat is included regardless of name], and quinoa. If you didn't spend a lot of time preparing, you're quite happy with the flavored wild brown rice!
If you are craving something to soak in Hummus, this book also has a recipe for chickpea flour chapati!
Finally, it offers food alternative proposals and offers many vegetarian recipes including vegetable burgers, vegetable rice pie, lots of soup, octopus bean rice pie, crunchy confetti carrot pie, and planter pie [this is This is a vegetarian version. This cookbook uses tofu, but if you don't like / can't like it, you can substitute beans.
