 Is Water Retention Something to Worry About? 1

Excessive fluid retention is a serious symptom and should be addressed immediately by health professionals. Water retention should be treated early before damaging the heart.

Check for these symptoms of moisture retention [described in “Waterfall Diet”]

1-How long will you struggle to lose weight no matter how long you try?
2- Press your fingernail firmly into the thumb pad. Are you dented deeper than 1-2 seconds?
3- Push the tip of the finger into the inside of the tibia. Can you dent with your finger?
4- Does the ankle swell?
5- Does the size of shoes increase with age?
6-Do you think your ring sometimes doesn't suit you?
7-Is your tummy often tight and swollen?
8- If you are a woman, do you often suffer from breast tenderness?
9- Will your weight fluctuate within a few pounds within just 24 hours?

Your problem is water retention very well.

There are many causes for water retention.

1-Dehydration is the most common cause of moisture retention. Your body is responding to a water shortage emergency. It may be unbelievable, but the best thing you can do quickly to retain water is to drink more water. Drink water all day and make sure there is enough water for all physical functions throughout the day. Stop around 5pm so that you can sleep.

2-hormonal problems can also cause water retention. This can be easily excluded if your doctor examines you. If fluid retention is suspected, hormonal testing is strongly recommended.

3- Vitamin and mineral deficiencies are a very common cause of discomfort and chronic diseases. Even if you eat a wide variety of whole foods, you may suffer from malabsorption. You may be missing and do not recognize it. “Magic” treatments for many chronic diseases with specific dietary supplements are well documented.

4- Food allergies can be a problem. Seek expert advice to properly test problem foods. This is not possible with blood tests. Simply removing all possible allergens in the diet and then reintroducing the food one by one can find the problem.

5- Many sensitive people cannot tolerate chemical foods. Similarly, eating the same food all the time can be intolerant. When your body cannot tolerate the food you eat, the result is a very unpleasant stomach disorder, and ultimately inflammation and fluid retention. If your “intestines” are not healthy, you can absorb nourishing life to chew and swallow. Purified sugar is one of the biggest causes of bad bacteria in the gut. You do well to avoid it completely. Good intestinal bacteria in the form of probiotics and enzymes that help digestion and restore balance. Take the maximum amount of chemicals and stimulants that abuse the liver and adrenal glands from the mouth.

6- Exposure to chemicals in a living, school or work environment is increasingly frustrating and can ultimately cause inflammation and water retention. Cleaners, even flooring, upholstery, etc. can accumulate and cause real fluid problems for some people.

7- If you don't eat enough calories; your body will keep liquid.

If you have 8-lung disease and / or heart disease and do not treat hypoxia levels, your ankles will show water when your heart is depleted and weakened. Hypoxic treatment actually removes water from the ankle. I have seen that fluid accumulation disappears many times when oxygen is supplied around the ankle.

Holding a significant amount of fluid will absorb oxygen, harm all organs, and prevent the heart muscles from being awakened!

Make your swollen ankle a red flag!

If there is water in the ankle, there is a very high probability that there is water in the lungs.

In fact, you need to deal with moisture retention before your ankle begins to collect water.

Can't breathe through the water!

Every time your body suffers from the need for unfilled oxygen, your body is damaged. Soon you will notice problems with vision, short-term memory, and myocardial strength.

You may have a lack of oxygen that you do not know, but you know that you are always tired.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, ask your doctor to check your blood oxygen level with a pulse oximeter.

* Water retention [especially foot / ankle]
* Extreme fatigue
* Shortness of breath / difficulty breathing / difficulty breathing
* Chest pressure
* Mental confusion / short-term memory loss
* Fingering fingers
* Chronic cough
* Blue color around lips

[If you run out of breath and wake up at night, tell your doctor!]

If blood oxygen saturation is less than 92%, oxygen supplementation is required, but the insurance company will not pay until the reading drops to 88%

The body needs more oxygen for physical activity!

It is necessary to check the oxygen level during normal daily activities.
